Returns & Exchanges
UNIF accepts returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
